Boxwoods Gardens and Gifts Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Boxwoods Gardens and Gifts Loyalty Program (“Loyalty Program”). By enrolling in the Loyalty Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Loyalty Program.
1. Eligibility and Enrollment
- Participation in the Loyalty Program is voluntary.
- The Loyalty Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and who reside in the United States.
- Employees of Boxwoods Gardens and Gifts (“Boxwoods”) and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Loyalty Program.
- By enrolling in the Loyalty Program, you will have the option to consent to receive marketing communications from Boxwoods, including newsletters, promotional offers, and updates about the Loyalty Program. You can indicate your preferences during enrollment.
2. Earning Points
- Members of the Loyalty Program (“Members”) earn points (“Points”) for qualifying purchases made at Boxwoods. Qualifying purchases are purchases of merchandise, excluding gift card purchases, taxes, and shipping fees.
- Points are earned at a rate of no less than 1 Point per $1 spent on qualifying purchases. Exceptions may include Double Points days or points multipliers for increased points values. The specifics of such promotions will be announced via email and on our website at www.boxwoodsatlanta.com.
- Points may also be earned through special promotions or activities announced by Boxwoods via email and on our website at www.boxwoodsatlanta.com. The specific terms and conditions for earning points through these promotions will be provided in the announcements.
3. Redeeming Points
- Points may be redeemed for discounts or rewards on future purchases at Boxwoods, as specified by Boxwoods. Examples of potential rewards include percentage discounts or dollar-off coupons. The specific redemption options available at any time will be detailed on our website or communicated to Members.
- The redemption value of Points may vary. Boxwoods will determine the current redemption value and communicate it to Members through our website or other program communications.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. Marketing Communications
- If you have provided your consent during enrollment or at a later time, you may receive marketing communications from Boxwoods Gardens and Gifts.
- You may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the communications or by contacting Boxwoods directly at support@boxwoodsonline.com.
5. Point Expiration and Program Termination
- Boxwoods reserves the right to modify the Loyalty Program at any time, including but not limited to changes in earning rates, redemption options, reduction in points totals, and/or the expiration of points. Boxwoods also reserves the right to terminate the Loyalty Program at any time. For significant modifications or termination of the Loyalty Program that negatively impact the value of accrued points or the ability to redeem them, Boxwoods will make reasonable efforts to provide Members with at least 7-14 business days’ advance notice via email and/or prominent posting on our website at www.boxwoodsatlanta.com. This notice will detail the nature of the changes and their effective date. In the event of Program termination, Boxwoods will make reasonable efforts to allow Members a period of at least 30 business days to redeem their accrued Points, the specifics of which will be communicated in the termination notice. However, Boxwoods may make immediate changes to the Program without prior notice in the event of technical issues, security concerns, or legal requirements.
6. Your Privacy
- When you join our Loyalty Program, we collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which can be found at [Link to Privacy Policy]. This information may include your purchase history, contact details, and program activity to manage your membership, provide you with rewards and offers (with your consent), and for other purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy. 7. Limitation of Our Responsibility (Liability)
